What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
The product is unused and in original packaging
A request is raised within 2–3 days of delivery
It is not part of the non-returnable items (e.g., personal care items, opened beauty products).
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and passes our quality check. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
Can I return a used or opened product?
No. We only accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
